My story at LEONI
My name is Maria. I have been in LEONI Bulgaria since the initial months following its inauguration. I have grown from an operator to a shift leader and I have mastered the respective positions to a level which satisfies and truly enhances me.
My choice to be here, in LEONI, was not a random one. The serious potential of this project convinced me that I most optimally recognize myself, my experience and my qualities in the opportunities offered by it.
This is my job
My daily routine in the plant is precisely structured. Each new shift begins with an analysis of the previous one and the identification of tasks for the upcoming shift. My colleagues and I discuss ongoing matters related to the new working day planner, defining the steps to reach the set targets. I balance my time between working with documents and interacting with people. While the former is mostly a matter of a well-mastered routine, the latter requires appropriate reactions in specific situations.
The day rarely concludes with the end of the working hours. I share in my team's joys and excitements even when I am not physically present with them. This is one of my reasons to appreciate my jo so much.
My Highlights
There are many shared moments of pride for my team and me. The tested synergy among us gives us confidence and power, enabling us to work with ease and energy towards the ambitious goals set for us.
My view of LEONI as an employer
The working culture I've experienced so far has won me over with its broad range of real career growth options, all in the spirit of trust, collaboration, and respect. If I had to describe LEONI in three words I would say opportunities, development, innovations.
